you know... those who fix computer programs, eat pizzas, and create websites from scratch...
Our self-introduction
Laura Software is a fancy name for a small garage-style software company in the Tampa Bay area focused on fixing and bringing stuff to life. We probably are not going to be the next Apple or Microsoft (although they both started in a garage as well), but we have the same commitment to do the right thing and offer you the best service you can imagine.
We do lot of stuff, but our bread and butter is software applications for web, desktop, and Android devices. From fighting with legacy code to building from scratch disparate things, we've been involved with lot of projects since our inception. Every day is something different, and this is why we love this job.
We do this with passion. We are far away from being perfect, but we love to improve and we take every new project as a new exciting opportunity.
We run this show
Here we are with our best pictures ever. Not everybody fits but at least there is room for the two guys who lead this thing:
Santiago, founder and self-nominated president. Avid junk-reader
and I-love-to-be-the-boss guy. Takes cares of almost everything and spends lot of
time managing projects.
Jorge, the guy who figures out why IIS is not working anymore and
responsible of doing whatever the boss doesn't want to do. Software developer and
networking maniac.
There's an awesome team of engineers who help us out with all our projects, and although we can't put all their pictures here, we really love them.

From time to time people call us for a PHP website, or a Flash animation; we are really sorry but we can't help. We work only with the aforementioned technologies because they are our strongest skills. Quality should always come first, and this is the only way we can provide an optimum service to our customers.
And the fine print is (and here we are trying to make it bolder rather than tinier): we do our job using an hourly rate of $50. That's fifty, nor fifty-one neither forty-nine. Our quotes are based on how long it will take multiplied by our rate. It's just that simple.
